The idea of the brand title was designed in a way to convey our vision to each and every customer. Hitha, in Kannada means auspiciousness or prosperity while in Sanskrit Hita means well suited. And, we curated it to Hitaa Vasthra, our original vision.

Our founder, Usha J is a graduate from Banglore. She started her career with IT corporates and decided to pursue her passion after ten years of corporate life. Usha is an inspired saree enthusiast who is deeply influenced and inspired from our true traditions and cultures who decided to contribute to the elegance of women around the world. Hitaa Vasthra is the pathway that Usha chose to realise her vision.
