Once your order is delivered, all exchanges and returns will follow our Terms of Use and the policies outlined below. While we hope you are delighted with your purchase, if you receive a defective or unsatisfactory product, we will gladly assist you with an exchange or refund.
Return Policy
- Log in to your account
- Go to the “My Orders” section and submit your exchange or return request.
- Once your request is received, we will schedule a return pick-up.
- Ensure the product is unused, unaltered, unwashed, and all tags are intact.
- Packaging Instructions:
- *Properly wrap the product in a packet.
- *Do not seal the packet—keep it open for quick inspection.
- Our staff will verify the product at pick-up, and a final quality check will be conducted at our Returns Desk/Warehouse.
- You can return the product via courier.

- You will be reimbursed for shipping costs (maximum Rs. 150 per order).
- Share a scanned copy of the courier receipt/bill with us at xxxxxxxxxx.com.
- Must include: product weight, origin and destination addresses, shipment date, and courier charges.
- The receipt must not be edited or overwritten.
- Courier charges will be verified against the courier service.
- All returns are subject to inspection and verification at our end.
- Once verified, your exchange or refund request will be processed.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued only in the following cases:
- Genuine quality issues (damaged, defective, or faulty products.)
- Packages lost in transit
- If a wrong item has been delivered
- Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Minor design or color variations
- Products returned in a used, washed, or damaged condition
Claiming Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 10–15 working days after initiation.
- The amount will be credited to the same account used for the original payment.
Please note: The exact timing of the credit depends on third-party agencies such as banks and payment gateways.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once this period has passed, we will not be able to accept cancellations.
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed after cancellation and may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
Exchange Policy
We take great care to deliver quality products, but if you happen to receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for an exchange for the same item within 3 days of delivery.
To ensure a smooth exchange process, please note the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Only exchanges for the same item will be accepted; no alterations or replacements with other products are allowed.

Color & Description Disclaimer
- At Hitaa Vasthra, we take great care to present our sarees with true-to-life colors and accurate details. However, due to the limitations of digital photography, lighting conditions during shoots, and variations in individual screen settings, slight differences in color may occur.
- Certain shades, such as blues, greens, iridescent tones (like orange, pink, or purple), and deep colors (like black, navy, or brown), may appear slightly different than they do in person. Similarly, lighter shades (such as off-white, cream, or grey) may also vary depending on lighting.
- Additionally, product details such as weight, embroidery work, or size may differ slightly. We encourage our customers to consider these minor variations as part of the uniqueness of each product.
Promo Code Policy
- Right to Refuse: Hitaa Vasthra reserves the right to decline the use of any promo code at any time. Expired promo codes will not be accepted.
- Verification: Customers may be asked to provide proof of receiving a promo code before it can be applied.
- Eligibility: Promo codes are valid only on specific products, orders, dates, or occasions as determined by Hitaa Vasthra.
- Exclusivity: Promo codes cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers or discounts.
- Payment Terms: For offline payment modes, promo codes are valid only if the payment is made within the validity period of the code. Payments received after expiry will not be eligible for the discount.
